Sarah Colbourne - Managing Director
Sarah has over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry and comes from an athletic background. She was trained by The Olympic Javelin Champion Tessa Sanderson and throughout her years has trained alongside some of the best athletes in the world, she has also worked in some of the best health clubs in and around the world. Sarah has trained everyone from Top Models, Dancers, Stars of Stage & Theatre and Royalty.
Lee Irvine
Lee is a passionate strength and conditioning coach who believes we are designed to move in certain ways, and if we integrate these movements into a strength and conditioning programme we can get stronger, faster, leaner and healthier in a short space of time. As a Crossfit coach and a sports therapist lee feels that working from both, a strength training and a clinical therapists perspective then his clients are getting the best of both worlds.
Whether your goals are to compete at top level sport or to be able to carry your shopping home without any problems. A strength and conditioning programme and a regular sports therapy massage, to keep the body strong but balanced should be part of your life.
