"I have always known the value of keeping healthy but have struggled with my weight from my mid twenties. I started my own difficult, emotional journey after weighing in @ 20st back in 2008. I underwent a gastric bypass in that same year and started to lose weight that I cannot do for many years.
I joined Heart & soul gym in September 2011. Since joining to this gym I have seen very good results with my upper body strength. I have a very patient and experience trainer Tabore Siakpere, he has also introduced me to the kettle bell exercises which I really enjoy.

"I have always enjoyed fitness training and working out regularly, but now I also have to keep in shape due to my job needing me to look at certain way. I have the pressure of my perspective clients needing me to look fit and healthy, if I work hard in the gym and look good physically I have more chance of getting regular work.
I joined Heart & Soul Fitness in July 2011 and have not looked back since, I like the gym as it is very relaxed and cosy like a family, the staff and the members are all very friendly and helpful. I usually come to the gym and just get stuck in to doing my own workout routines and then do some boxing training on the punch bag upstairs in the Functional Training Room. "I have been training with Tobore since my daughter was born 4 years ago. I had never been someone who enjoyed going to the gym but Tobore keeps it interesting and challenging by mixing up weights, conditioning, flexibility and core work. I also really like his style; whilst he's demanding it's also a lot of fun to work out with him. I had trained with other personal trainers before but Tobore has pushed me to a level I never expected to achieve. I am now more fit and stronger than I was in my 20s or 30s.
