Who We Are
Sarah Jane Colbourne set up Heart and Soul Fitness in 2003 solo and ran her business from another established gym for eight and a half years before opening her first gym with her husband James in 2011.
Over the past 8 years Sarah has handpicked and recruited some of the best personal trainers in the industry and with their help has developed the core elements which make Heart and Soul Fitness Gym.

What We Do
Gym

The Heart and Soul Gym is based in the trendy area of Ladbroke Grove London. We are 2,222 sqft large, spread over 3 floors. We have a varied selection of Cardiovascular equipment along with a floor dedicated to weight training and toning and a floor taking you back to the beginning with Functional training exercises equipment.
The gym is open 7 Days a week
Monday to Friday 6.30am to 9pm
Saturday to Sunday 9am to 4pm.
With Showers, changing facilities and private free off road parking.
We have a relaxed and non corporate approach to our club and welcome everyone.
Personal Training
One to One -

We offer private one-to-one training sessions for individuals who want to reinvigorate their lifestyle. All training programmes are specifically tailored to each of our clients needs. Training programmes can include weight training, circuit training, functional training, free weights, boxing, pre/post natal, Pilates (one to one), or any specific requirements you may have.
Functional Training & Classes

H&SF Training Classes -
Taken by Certified CrossFit Coaches. A strength& conditioning program that promotes functional training, constant variety and good technique with intensity. Every workout is different and we make the hard work fun!
Boxing (one to one)

The Heart and Soul Fitness Gym has a number of personal trainers who specialise in the art of Kick boxing, boxing and MMA. We have personal trainers who have boxed professionally and semi-professionally for a number of years and trainers working with athletes who will apply to compete in this year’s 2012 Olympic Games. The sessions are for beginners right through to professional fighters looking to get fit, sharpen up their technique or just to have fun.
Pilates one to one Personal Training

Pilates improves your mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles. Pilates uses controlled movements to tone and strengthen the body.
